Our Approach
The EOV Wellness Project® is made up of three core components:
- The EOV Wellness Program provides informational material to assist in achieving wellness.
- A Reflection Journal and Action Plan which help capture your learnings and prioritize your efforts.
- Additional Resources, to help you continue to pursue better living.
You experience the EOV Wellness Program in eight compelling virtual modules that are brief, but potent keys to understanding your personal wellbeing. Each module is a video that incorporates facts-based practical advice from a world-class physician. The modules are complemented by healing music composed specifically for the EOV Wellness Project®, and stunningly curated visuals, for a multi-sensory transformative learning experience.
As you progress through each module you keep notes in the ‘journal’ section right away, while your insights are fresh in your mind. You record your own symptoms and behaviours related to each topic, and how hard you think it will be for you to change the related behaviour. After you have completed all (or most) of the modules, we help you turn your own reflections into an Action Plan – things you can today and over the long term – to create your bespoke map to wellness.
